My Cooking Philosophy
As a private chef in Bangkok, I use different ingredients from all over the world to create delicious food. I have no boundaries for which cuisines I use. The main concept for me is harmonising with ingredients to make something special.
As well as traditional cooking skill, I love to explore different approaches. I’m eager to learn modern and advanced skills to take the dish to another level.
BALANCE OF NUTRITION
A balanced diet is very important for the human body, and important to me as a private chef in Bangkok. I eat everything – meat, fish and veggies – but all in moderation.
I try to find the best quality of ingredients to create every dish. Taste is important for a chef to impress the customers, but my first priority is using good-quality ingredients, including avoiding processed food or refined ingredients. I aim to cook “real food” to make people happier and healthier.
